N.B.: Guests Booked for Timber Trail Heights are required to Check in before

summers: 0900 hours to 19:00 Hours (1^st April to 31^st October)

Winters: 0900 hours to 17:30 Hours (1^st November to 31^st March)

Positively beyond which the Management of the hotel will not be responsible to provide any alternate accommodation and no refunds would be made.

Now Timber Trail Heights is accessible by road also for which transport can be arranged on direct payment basis or guest booked for Timber Trail Heights can reach directly there by road.

Reservation Policy: Against 100% advance payment by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Asia International Travels payable at New Delhi.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation of booking prior to the arrival the following charges shall be levied:

Seven days 25%

Four days 50%

Two days 100%
